Metropolis Records

Digital Music Sites

In early 2005 Metropolis Records began working with online digital music sites in the United States. The first releases started appearing on March 8th, 2005 and others followed on each Tuesday afterwards. We are diligently working at getting all of our back catalog online for people to buy and are pleased to say that nearly 90% of our catalog is available now. Every new release is available digitally the same day that you can buy the CD in stores. A few releases will deviate from that schedule now and then where the release will be made available digitally before the CD is released. We will also be doing some digital only releases, where the only way to get the release is to go to an online e-tailer such as:

There are other online digital distributors, but these are the most popular ones.

For all of the fans who live outside of the United States, do not fear! All of our releases that we have rights to in your country are available at your online digital retailers as well!
